Dubai Set to Unveil a Series of Landmark Hotels in 2025
Dubai continues to solidify its reputation as one of the world’s most innovative travel destinations. In 2025, the city will introduce several new hotels, each poised to become an architectural and tourism highlight.
One of the most anticipated openings is Ciel Tower, set to become the tallest hotel in the world, rising 365 meters above Dubai Marina. Guests can expect breathtaking views of Palm Jumeirah from the rooftop infinity pool, as well as a glass observation deck, rooftop bar, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
Scheduled to open in summer 2025, Moxy Al Barsha will cater to young and energetic travelers. Conveniently located near public transportation, it offers easy access to Dubai’s major attractions.
Inspired by the Maldives, Honeymoon Island will be located on the Dubai World Islands. Designed in the shape of a heart, this romantic resort will feature 121 rooms, private villas, promenades, and docks, surrounded by white sandy beaches and landscaped gardens.
A standout project is Kempinski Floating Palace, a five-star hotel floating on the waters of the Arabian Gulf. It will offer fine dining restaurants, luxury boutiques, a spa, and docking facilities for yacht owners to enjoy direct access to the hotel’s amenities.
Opening in early 2026, Marbella Resort will reflect Spanish architectural elegance. It will feature 150 guest rooms and offer snorkeling experiences across over 500,000 square meters of coral reef zones.
Six Senses Residences The Palm will mark the brand’s debut in the UAE. Located on Palm Jumeirah, the resort will include 61 hotel rooms, 162 residences, and a 60,000-square-foot wellness club.
Finally, Rixos Dubai Islands, Hotel & Residences will become the first luxury hotel in the newly developed Dubai Islands project. Guests will enjoy a wide range of accommodations, from apartments to private villas with pools, all complemented by premium service.
