The UAE automotive market is experiencing rapid growth, with participation from various manufacturers, including the Russian brand AvtoVAZ.
The official LADA website in the UAE now features models similar to those offered on the Russian market: Granta, Vesta, Largus, Niva Legend, and Niva Travel. Some of these models are available in sporty Sport and Sportline versions. The prices for LADA vehicles in the UAE are as follows:
- LADA Grantafrom 71,400 AED (approximately 1.9 million RUB)
- LADA Vestafrom 88,700 AED (about 2.37 million RUB)
- LADA Largusfrom 69,700 AED (approximately 1.86 million RUB)
- Niva Legendfrom 67,000 AED (about 1.79 million RUB)
- Niva Travelfrom 81,700 AED (approximately 2.18 million RUB)
AvtoVAZ President Maxim Sokolov stated that two distributors are operating in the UAE: one focused on supplying neighboring countries and Africa, and the other targeting the Dubai market. Certification of LADA vehicles for the UAE market is expected to be completed by the end of this year, with sales set to begin soon.
The Potential Arrival of LADA Iskra in the UAE
Regarding the LADA Iskra 2025 model, a final decision on its availability in the UAE has not yet been made. This will depend on local partners and the demand for the models already introduced. Interestingly, LADA vehicle prices in the UAE are slightly higher than some competitors. For instance, the Toyota Yaris sedan in the UAE is priced at approximately 1.7 million RUB, which is lower than the cost of the LADA Vesta. Thus, AvtoVAZ is actively exploring the UAE market by offering a broad range of models and aiming for successful promotion of its products in the region.
