Dubai residents and visitors can lodge a complaint with the RTA via email, phone, app, social media or in person to quickly resolve their transport issues.

If you have a problem with Dubai transport - a rude taxi driver, a broken bus, a metro failure - RTA provides several convenient ways to file a complaint. The complaint system is designed to respond quickly and improve the quality of service

You can send a letter to ask@rta.ae with a description of the situation and contacts. In response, you will receive a request number, and an employee will contact you within a day and clarify the details. Within 3 working days, the complaint is sent to the appropriate department and after review, you will receive a response.

The second way is to call the 24-hour hotline 8009090, where the operator will register the complaint and announce the time frame for the decision. Usually, the request is processed within 7 working days.
