Chevrolet has unveiled the stylish and technologically advanced 2026 Captiva Midnight Edition in the Gulf with a black design, 7-seater interior and a 144 hp turbo engine.
Captiva in Midnight style
In April 2025, a special version of the seven-seat Chevrolet Captiva crossover, the Midnight Edition, debuted in the Gulf countries, targeting buyers who value stylish design and modern technologies.
On the outside, the Captiva Midnight Edition features a gloss black grille, black Chevrolet emblems, black mirror caps and a two-tone roof. A red accent strip and 18-inch black alloy wheels with red calipers underline the car’s sporty character. The interior is finished in black leatherette with red stitching and perforated inserts, while maintaining the seven-passenger capacity and flexible interior configuration.
Technically, the Captiva Midnight Edition is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with a power of 144 hp and a torque of 249 N m, working in tandem with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The suspension includes front MacPherson struts and a rear multi-link system, providing a comfortable and stable ride.
Standard equipment includes a 10.4-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, a panoramic sunroof, keyless entry and remote engine start. Safety features include front and side airbags, a 360-degree camera, electronic stability control, hill start assist and ISOFIX child seat mounts.
The Captiva Midnight Edition is available in a range of body colours with a contrasting black roof and is now on sale at Chevrolet dealerships in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other countries in the region.
